Welcome to Safe Circle, an initiative of Synapse Circle Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our online consultation services and medicine commerce platform available on our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Terms

  • Safe Circle provides confidential online consultations with expert doctors specializing in STDs.
  • We also offer a platform for purchasing medicines based on valid prescriptions issued by our doctors.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
  • Safe Circle does not replace emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please seek immediate help from a local healthcare provider.

2. Online Consultations

2.1 Booking & Payments

  • Consultations must be booked in advance through our website.
  • Users are required to provide a valid email ID for scheduling and receiving consultation details.
  • Consultation fees must be paid at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances (see Refund Policy).

2.2 Privacy & Anonymity

  • You do not need to provide your real name to book a consultation.
  • Your consultation details remain confidential and are shared only with the assigned doctor.

2.3 Medical Advice & Liability

  • Our doctors provide expert medical guidance based on the information shared by you.
  • Safe Circle and its affiliated doctors are not responsible for misdiagnosis due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user.
  • The consultation does not establish a doctor-patient relationship beyond the scheduled session.

3. Medicine Commerce (Ordering & Delivery)

3.1 Prescription Requirement

  • Only prescription-based medicines can be purchased through our platform.
  • Users can only order medicines that have been prescribed during their Safe Circle consultation.

3.2 Order Processing & Delivery

  • Upon placing an order, users must provide a delivery address for medicine dispatch.
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered to the provided address.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics partners.

3.3 Payments & Refunds

  • Payments for medicines must be made online at the time of purchase.
  • No refunds will be provided once an order is confirmed, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items (see Refund Policy).

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Consultation Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed if:
    • The consultation is canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
    • The doctor is unavailable for the session, and no alternative is provided.

No refunds will be given for missed appointments or unsatisfactory consultations.

4.2 Medicine Refunds

  • Refunds/replacements will be allowed only if:
    • The product received is damaged or incorrect.
    • The order was charged but not delivered within 10 business days.
  • No refunds will be issued for opened, used, or perishable medications.

5. User Responsibilities

We implement strict security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Users must provide accurate information for consultations and medicine orders.
  • Misuse of prescriptions, fraudulent transactions, or policy violations may lead to account suspension and legal action.
  • Safe Circle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
